She is a BFA graduate of the Department of Photography at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem, and holds a master’s degree from the Inter-disciplinary Program in the Arts at Tel Aviv University. In 2022 Rotner was selected as a nominee for Shpilman International Prize for excellence in Photography, The Israel Museum, Jerusalem. Her works are held in the collection of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, The L.A. Mayer Museum, Jerusalem and in private collections.
